We are pausing shipping to Northern Ireland with immediate effect
Due to new EU GPRS regulations coming into effect on 13th December 2024 we are having to pause shipping to addresses in Northern Ireland with immediate effect. We are very sad to have to take this action as we have many loyal customers there however we are not able to comply with the EU regulations at this time. Price increase for VMS Vantage Solutions products
Due to an increase in the trade prices of VMS Vantage Solutions products caused by increased manufacturing costs which has been passed down to the Retailers. We will be increasing our prices of these products to the new RRP at the end of June when we plan on restocking the VMS range. Introduction of minimum spend on paint and related products
Unfortunately due to the increase in fixed fees we are incurring to process credit cards we have had to introduce a minimum spend limit for all items in the restricted surface shipping list (basically paints, thinners etc) to bring the minimum sales value above break even. The cost of credit card fees for these low value sales was negating any profit from sales of individual pots of paint due to the minimum fixed fee we have to pay for taking Credit Card and PayPal transactions.
