Unfortunately due to the increase in fixed fees we are incurring to process credit cards we have had to introduce a minimum spend limit for all items in the restricted surface shipping list (basically paints, thinners etc) to bring the minimum sales value above break even.
The cost of credit card fees for these low value sales was negating any profit from sales of individual pots of paint due to the minimum fixed fee we have to pay for taking Credit Card and PayPal transactions. Therefore we are able to continue to sell these items in individual numbers.
We have now set the minimum value at £6.54 which is the equivalent of 3x 10ml pots of Mr Hobby/Mr Color acrylic paint pots. If the order value is less than this then it will not be able to proceed through the checkout procedure.
