Mr Mark Setter includes an adhesive component to aid decal adhesion. Use in conjunction with Mr Mark Softer. Apply Mr Mark Setter to the area before applying the decal. Slide Decal into place and then apply Mr Mark Softer to make decal conform to the surface. Use as you would Microset.
